Is it fair that 3rd world migrants and refugees are being put up in first class hotels in the UK when there are historic levels of homelessness and poverty?

Migrants aren’t housed in first class hotels and if the last government had done it’s job there would be no need to house them in hotels and there wouldn’t be a housing crisis.
